Making

I work with heat, gravity and colour to shape kiln‑formed glass. Every piece moves through cutting, layering, firing and cold‑working — a slow, precise process shaped by the tools I build and the materials I choose.

Kiln‑formed glass process — kiln

What I Make

Small-batch kiln-formed glass objects and contemporary objets d'art.

Kiln‑formed glass process — finished vessel

Work made through controlled heat, movement and material response.

Kiln‑formed glass process — design layout
Kiln‑formed glass process — design

Glass arranged in layers to control colour, density, mass and light.

Kiln‑formed glass process — fusing

Heat begins to fuse the layers, shifting colour and structure.

Kiln‑formed glass process — sagging in kiln

Heat softens the glass, allowing it to take on new form.

Kiln‑formed glass process — sagging first pass
Kiln‑formed glass process — sagging second pass

A second heat cycle extends the form, pushing it further.

The rim is cut and trued, preparing the form for final shaping.

Final refinement resolves the surface and edge, completing the form.

The piece stands finished, shaped by heat, gravity and intent.
